Tại thị xã An Khê (Gia Lai), mô hình khởi nghiệp của anh Thái Xuân Biên đang trở thành câu chuyện truyền cảm hứng mạnh mẽ cho nhiều nông dân trẻ. Từ một công nhân nhà máy đường, thu nhập bấp bênh, anh Biên đã tự học, tự nghiên cứu và mạnh dạn đầu tư xây dựng phòng nuôi cấy mô giống cây lâm nghiệp – một lĩnh vực đòi hỏi kỹ thuật cao mà trước đây gần như chỉ nằm trong tay viện nghiên cứu hoặc doanh nghiệp lớn.

Đến nay, cơ sở của anh đã cung cấp hơn 4,5 triệu cây giống keo, bạch đàn cấy mô, đạt doanh thu trên 4 tỷ đồng, góp phần chủ động nguồn giống chất lượng cao cho địa…
